Cosplay Registrations

General Eligibility

Open to all attendees with a valid event pass. Participants may enter solo or as a group, subject to C.O.R.E guidelines. Self-made, commissioned, modified, or purchased cosplays are welcome.

Cosplays from anime, games, comics, movies, TV shows, original characters, and fan art are allowed. Props must follow event safety guidelines. Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive costumes/performances may be disqualified, and the judges' decision will be final.

Registration & Pre-Judging

Register online or on-site during the registration window. Pre-judging is mandatory for participants competing for the C.O.R.E Cosplay Championship Awards, and participants must arrive at their assigned pre-judging slot on time.

Missing pre-judging will make you ineligible for C.O.R.E Cosplay Championship Awards. You can still join the cosplay showcase/stage walk, schedule permitting. Be ready to present reference images, WIP photos, and costume construction details. Registration may close once capacity is reached.

C.O.R.E Cosplay Championship Eligibility

C.O.R.E Cosplay Championship Awards celebrate craftsmanship and costume creation. To qualify, participants must have personally made or significantly crafted their costume or key costume elements and explain their creation process during pre-judging.

Participants must present 3–5 work-in-progress photos, references, or proof of build, and clearly identify which parts were made, modified, or assembled by them. Purchased or commissioned cosplays are welcome for participation and showcase, but may not qualify for Championship Craftsmanship Awards.
